The new Mopars: May be the best ones yet, but when it comes to upgrading anything in the lighting system; it's nothing but a nightmare. Thankfully though after many attempts, the new Morimoto 15+ Mopar Spec harness does the trick to keep an aftermarket HID system running smoothly. Lamp Out: When upgrading to HID lights on the 2015+ Mopar vehicles, the car's ECU senses a change in the resistance of the headlight circuit and cuts power to anything but the stock 9012 halogen bulbs after a few minutes in use. Good luck with basic "canbus" ballasts or other more conventional "canbus" harnesses. They wont work, many will claim success, many have failed! This is the only setup on the market that we know of that does the trick on 2015+ Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram vehicles. Calibrated: The 15+ Mopar Spec harness is properly calibrated to tame the canbus system on the new Mopar vehicles. Using a quad configuration for it's load resistors that's unique only to this harness in conjunction with a special anti-flicker capacitor and twin relays - the harness will absorb any pulsing signals emitted from the stock output for uninterrupted relay function. No flickering or pulsing! Plug n Play: The layout of the harness makes it easy to install. With just a few simple connections, even your mom could set this thing up! Wire lengths are long enough to be used in everything from compact cars to SUVs and it's designed to be 100% plug and play (no cutting or splicing needed). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, never installed, and the original box, undamaged. If there is any indication that the part was installed, or attempted to be installed, refund will be denied.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure parts ordered will fit their respective vehicles, and incorrectly ordered items may be denied a refund dependant on the condition of the items once returned. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
